This examples uses the media component from Flash Pro with it's built in controller. Nice looking but too many problems with playback.

Move mouse over bar at bottom to open up controls.

Flaws:

Video buffers depending on connection speed and can interrupt playback several times during the viewers initial playback.

Cached stream expires eventually forcing a new buffered stream download on subsequent visits.
